How an inquiry is counted
One inquiry = one unique potential-customer conversation started in a calendar month, regardless of how many messages it contains. Follow-ups inside that conversation are not counted again. Overage, if any, is quoted in writing before it is billed — never surprised.
What is not included unless stated in writing
Third-party software subscriptions you choose to keep in your own name, SMS messaging charges (usage-based, disclosed at setup), advertising, and website design. No fake limited-time discounts. No invented scarcity.
